Oct 20 Mid-Century Modern Open House Listings: 90046 and 90069

There are 11 single-family mid-century modern open houses listed for October 20 in the 90046 and 90069 zip code areas featuring the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills West, Laurel Canyon, Nichols Canyon and Sunset Plaza.  There are no new listings this week.

I am still intrigued by the mid-century designed in 1961 by a student of Richard Neutra.  Which student is a guess, as there is no mention of the architect's name in the MLS listing.  The 3 bedroom / 4 bathroom 2-story modern was remodeled by architect Peter Brettville and featured in several architectural magazines.  Located at 7649 Woodrow Wilson Drive, the home is being offered for $1,595,000.
