Mid-Century Modern Open House Listings Mar 24: Sherman Oaks, Encino and Tarzana Hills

There are 10 mid-century modern open house listings in the hills of Sherman Oaks, Enicno and Tarzana for tomorrow.  The most interesting is the Bernard Zimmerman, FAIA, design from 1960, located in Sherman Oaks.  We saw the home listed last year with a few offers that went pending, but they all seemed to fall through.  The sellers have re-listed the home and are asking for the same amount of $2,495,000.  It is really well worth your look if in the price range.  Mr. Zimmerman was quite a character, himself, but his work was always outstanding.  There have been additions made to the original Zimmerman design, so any purest should be aware.
