Dec 8 Mid-Century Modern Open House Listings: 90046 and 90069

There are 13 single-family mid-century modern open houses listed for December 8 in the 90046 and 90069 zip code areas featuring the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills West, Laurel Canyon, Mt. Olympus, Nichols Canyon and Sunset Plaza.  There are no new listings this week.

Again, I would point out the beautiful Hal Levitt 1967 design located at 2200 Hercules Drive, in the Mt. Olympus community.  Sadly, after going on and off the market a couple of times, the way this property is being marketed is poor, considering it's architectural stature.  Above, you will see a few photos of the renovated architectural.  The current MLS listing only provides one photograph displaying the evening view from the home.
