Cliff May Architecture: Market Update

The market has seen an influx of Cliff May designed homes in the Los Angeles area.  Currently, 22 homes are either active, pending or looking for back-up offers.  Prices for the mostly mid-century modern range from a 1954 Long Beach home pending for $430,000 to a magnificent Rolling Hills estate built in 1983 listed for $10,900,000.

All-in-all, there are 10 active listings, 5 listings looking for back-up and 7 homes pending.  One of my favorites went pending in 4 days time!  The Sherman Oaks 1959 1,857sf 5 bedroom and 1.75 bath was modestly listed for $799,000. The Stone Canyon home has most of it's original integrity and should become a showcase home in the hands of good buyers who understand the investment in mid-century modern architecture.
